Where does my poetry come from, or “from when the bird, the light/ from when the hunter, the dark silence?” Unanswered questions. And the poet attempting to read the world, to find an alphabet to articulate something of its mystery, to rescue a glimmer. To bear witness. To speak truth and beauty.
Formulating these questions is the opportunity offered to me by the generosity of Rafael Soler and Café Comercial. I summarize here the details and dates of my journey through poetry.
