Alfredo Sánchez Rodríguez
I am a native of Castellar de Santiago, Ciudad Real, a small town in the beautiful and literary Campo de Montiel. I hold a degree in Law and am a career civil servant of the Technical Body of Labor Inspection, now happily retired. I reside in Ciudad Real, I am married, and I have three wonderful daughters.
I belong to the Guadiana Literary Group in Ciudad Real, where I coordinated its literary creation magazine Manxa for years, publishing my work there as well as in many other literary creation magazines. I am also a member of the Castilla-La Mancha Writers’ Association.
In the last five years, and prior to the book we are presenting today, I have published three collections of poems: Como el felino ansía la gacela (Ed. Diputación de Ciudad Real, December 2020); Entre tú y el mar (Ed. Lastura, March 2021) and Territorios, (Biblioteca de Autores Manchegos, June 2021).
