Unveiling Time (2026-1987). An Encounter with the Poet Cristóbal López de la Manzanara, accompanied by José Luis Morales, Mariano García and Davina Pazos
Cristóbal López de la Manzanara Cano. Born in Membrilla (Ciudad Real). He holds degrees in Pharmacy and in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. Writer, poet, and essayist. He has served as an editor for the literary magazine Nayagua and as deputy director of the literary creation magazine Cuadernos del Matemático, produced in Getafe, where he has lived and practiced as a pharmacist since 1982. He is also an editor for the magazine Calicanto de Manzanares (Ciudad Real), where he lived and still spends time. Together with other poets, he created the literary group Azuer and the magazine Alacena. He founded the Buen Retiro Poetic Circle along with other colleagues from his generation in Madrid. His political activity within the pharmaceutical field stands out, as President of Adefarma, Secretary General of the National Federation of Pharmacy Offices, and regional member of the FEFE Board. He has published six books of poems. His work has been included in anthologies abroad in Cuba and Argentina.
