JAVIER FERNÁNDEZ LÓPEZ. Born on September 5, 1954, in María de Huerva (Zaragoza), with family origins in Cubillejo de la Sierra, Señorío de Molina de Aragón (Guadalajara). Married, two children, two granddaughters. An officer of the Senior Scale of the Army, currently a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the General Corps of Arms (Engineers). Among his assignments are the Royal Guard Regiment, in Madrid, the Communications Headquarters of the BRIDOT- VI, based in Vitoria, and the General Military Academy, in Zaragoza.
