Miguel Ángel Serrano (1965, Madrid) Novelist, essayist and poet; PhD in Economics and consultant; he is also an activist for writers’ rights, which are also readers’ rights, and has served as Secretary General of the Asociación Colegial de Escritores and Vice President and President of the European Writers’ Council, of which he is currently Honorary President for Life.
